This was one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment we booked, the host’s communication was exceptional, providing us with all the necessary information and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The property itself was a perfect match for the description and photos we had seen online, which gave us a great sense of anticipation before our arrival. Upon entering, we were immediately impressed by how incredibly clean the entire place was, making it an ideal choice for families or couples traveling together who value a tidy and comfortable environment. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep, and the rooms were spacious enough to accommodate all our belongings without feeling cramped. We found ourselves wishing we could have extended our stay, as it truly felt like a home away from home, offering all the comforts and conveniences we needed. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed the decor which was very nice. The rooms were clean. in fact, in that respect, everything was super clean. Previously had to postpone our trip, and the host was very gracious to us. Highly recommend!

House itself was as advertised and worked great for us. Two small items were the kitchen table is extremely beat up/shaky and they were some ants in the kitchen but those were manageable. Big issue is the host is completely unresponsive. We didn’t get checkout instructions in advance and the host didn’t reply when we asked for them in the Vrbo app. We had to contact customer support to get the host’s number and then they still took hours to respond (and didn’t answer a call either). We were about to find another place to stay when they finally sent the instructions a couple hours after check-in time. We messaged and texted them again towards the end of the stay asking if we could extend the checkout time and once again both messages went unanswered. We didn’t ask for a refund or discount since the place met our needs but the lack of communication was very frustrating.

We stayed for long weekend! It’s three bedrooms and two bathroom with ample space. The house was very clean and appeared newly remodeled. Hosts provided all the necessary items plus a few extra (coffee pods, shampoo and conditioner, etc) Communication with host was quick and helpful! Nice location very near town! Would definitely stay again!

This property was in a great location. There was plenty of room for all of us and it's pet friendly! All big wins for our family!We did have an issue with a critter chewing and clawing in the living room wall for hours! I sent a message to the owner and heard nothing back. I sent him a video so he could hear what was happening. No reply. The only thing we heard from him was good feedback was important and to please leave a review. I understand things like this happen, but to be completely ignored was a big disappointment. The neighborhood is safe. The property is clean, and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can walk into the cutest downtown. Shop, eat, and explore. Lots to see and do! But owner communication is less than stellar!

The sign-in progress was a bit difficult and not user friendly at all. It was difficult to get in touch with the owner and limited information was received. There was no wifii information and none of the outlets from both bathrooms were working! The house was clean!

Super hosts and great location. Walking distance into Lincolnton. House extremely clean and hosts are nice enough to have coffee and cleaning supplies. 5 stars all the way
