DIRTY!!! Nasty toilet with black mold an inch thick!!! I asked to have it cleaned and it took two days to get someone there and even then it was a poor job of cleaning. Nail clippings beside the bed. Bedding was damp and the room very humid. Breakfast was terrible. Oatmeal was old, very old - dried ring of old oatmeal and smelled bad. All bread products in an acrylic display/vending case were very moldy. Just opening the case the odor was strong. The eggs were the size of peas or smaller and tasted sour. The french toast sticks were so dried out they were hard to chew. The fruit was mushy and tasted very old. Your front desk personnel were very nice.

Great, well kept hotel. Great location. Right in the middle of the action. Quick walk to Pinnacle Bank Arena. Very warm swimming pool. Breakfast was good with variety of healthy and cooked food. Very helpful staff. Parking was easier than expected. I would stay here again.

I called about parking and was told that I would receive a Q code but it was never sent. When we arrived there was a note saying they were helping other guests and to wait for service. When they finally came back we had already paid a higher charge for parking. Breakfast was not good - they ran out of eggs several times and only replaced with a small amount each time.
