Camera Disclaimer: In an effort to protect our property and ensure a safe stay for all guests, we have two exterior security cameras. These are visible and located near the entrances.
Occupancy and Pricing: Our nightly rate includes accommodations for up to 10 guests. For groups larger than 10, a one-time flat fee of $50 per additional guest (up to 15 guests) applies. This structure keeps pricing fair and reasonable for smaller groups while helping offset the costs of maximum occupancy.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Grand chalet over the mountain

This was a scenic, rustic, alpine house overlooking loon mountain. It was so convenient getting too and from the mountain and was an amazing property. We are so happy with this stay!!

The house layout was great for multiple families to enjoy. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and check in was easy. It is located near all Lincoln attractions. Great house and location.

Great house close to Loon

The house was just as listed. Great location right across the street from Loon, with an optional shuttle pick up in the neighborhood. The house was fully stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils, games, puzzles, towels. The owner was attentive and quick to respond to messages. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to other groups.
