Beautiful Ocean Views From All Three Levels!

We are so happy to share our "Bella Vista" home in Lincoln City with you. It's warm and inviting with amazing ocean views from all three levels. Located in the Roads End neighborhood of Lincoln City, this tastefully decorated home is close to the beach. It is just a short walk and your toes are in the sand. The top level has a nice large kitchen with a gas stove, Keurig coffee pot, regular coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and utensils. Lots of cabinets, a pantry, plenty of counter space and big eating bar with seating for 5. The dining table seats six. Plus, we have kept your little ones in mind with a kids picnic table, booster seat, kids dishes and a baby gate. There's a wet bar with a wine fridge. The living room has a comfortable couch, love seat and a swivel chair. Enjoy high speed internet, cable TV, 4K Ultra HD Roku TV, 4K Blu-Ray with a selection of movies and a nice sound system for your entertainment. Board games, cards, dice plus a full size foosball, ping pong, corn hole and air hockey table in the garage. On the second level you of the home you will find two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a King sized bed and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a desk with an office chair. On the lower level is the kids room. It has a bunk bed with a double mattress, twin mattress on the top bunk and a pull out trundle mattress. Each bedroom has its own cable and HD Smart Roku TV's with inputs for your gaming console.
Lincoln City offers 7.5 miles of beach to enjoy. Sleep in and relax or stay up and play at the Chinook Winds Casino. Shop at the Factory Outlet Stores and enjoy the beach gift shops and restaurants. This is truly an amazing home, you may never want to leave!
Maximum occupancy is 7 persons. The exterior of the home is protected with security video cameras. Please take note: This home is three levels so it is not recommended for those with mobility issues.

We enjoyed a wonderful first stay here at Lincoln City and Bella Vista. A convenient and spacious home with a great game space and beautiful views for miles. The house is very close to the public access to the beach and was a lovely stay, and the owners were very helpful with communication. We hope to return again soon.

Great Space for a Beach Getaway

The owners were super reaponsive and gave great local recommendations. The house is vary spacious with lots of games for adults and kids! A very short walk to a great part of the beach. Quiet neighborhood that is very walkable. Would definitely come back!

This house has it all; it's spacious, comfortable, entertaining, convenient, relaxing, clean and stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. We loved our beach walks, ping pong matches and sunsets, not to mention the jet tub! Road's End is the perfect location for a peaceful getaway, and the deer are happy, too.

Lovely Home, Great Spot

We loved our stay at this wonderful home. It has a great view of the ocean...we even saw whales spouting in the distance from the living room. The location was convenient, quiet, and felt safe. We loved visiting our favorite Lincoln City and nearby spots and it was the perfect place to be our home base for a few days. The house was well maintained, clean, and we felt comfortable there. Thanks for giving us the chance to stay here.

This is a great house and everything was as described we had a great time and got to view some amazing sunsets while eating dinner. It is an extremely well stocked house. The only thing I would have wished is that there was more outdoor deck space to enjoy but not a big deal.

Wonderful Location On Oregon Coast
