The Best Gîte We Have Ever Stayed In!
The only way to describe the Gîte is wow! We have holidayed in France many times, always staying in a rental holiday Gîte, but none of them have been even close to this good, everything about it was perfect. The gîte is located just on the outer edge of Limoux. Its location gives you the perfect feel of isolation while still being within a few minutes drive of the town centre and a large supermarket. At the front is a large decked terrace and the pool. The front is south facing, and it is a lovely place just to sit and relax. The pool is lovely, it is warmed by the sun all day, and it is great to have a splash about in. There is a big table on the terrace to have an evening meal.
The inside is as stunning as the outside. The gîte was spotless, with three decent sized bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two singles. The floors are solid wood, as are most of the walls. The living area is a really good size with a kitchen area, a lounge area, and another large table to eat at. There is also a utility room with a washing machine. All of the appliances are really good quality, with an electric oven, microwave, gas hob, and dishwasher in the kitchen.
In summery the Sunka ECO gîtes are a fantastic place to have a family holiday in a fantastic and beautiful area of France. Christian, Christelle, have created something very special here, and I would recommend to anyone to go and stay at the Sunka ECO gîtes. I really hope we get to stay there again one day.
