The property labels itself as a luxury. It is not! They don’t even have soup in the bathroom. I had to endure a challenge as I rushed to the bathroom when I checked in only to find in horror there is no soup in the bathroom. Similarly, there was no courtesy water, tea, or coffee. When I asked about those missing items they said it is not considered an amenity. I have been in like-apartments and it is a standard. So the explanation was worse than the offense. Last, the apartment itself is clean…however the entrance and lift are horrifying
