Our house is located on Chocalla beach, at km 92. 5 of the Panamericana Sur highway, south of Lima. It is very close to the beach, just seven minutes walking. It has wifi, cable TV, fully equipped rooms and kitchen, 24 hour hot water and a very large private terrace with outdoor grill. It is a family and spacious house, well insulated from noise due to the large garden of 800 square meters. It is inside the La Venturosa condominium. From the terrace you can see the beautiful sunsets of Chocalla, it is an ideal place for inspiration and relaxation.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a microwave. Cable television is provided for your entertainment.
