The rooms was very clean, the staff very friendly. My autism son enjoy the pool, and he only speak ingles and the staff manage to interact with him. We enjoy the sauna, the jacuzzi and the steam room. Room service was great. For when we were to tired to go down. Frond desk staff took our safety very high standard. When order taxi, and when we finish at the place we were. The will send a taxi and ask if we are in the right taxi. Love this service very much!!!

Es un edificio muy antiguo y se sienten malos olores. La ducha está defectuosa, el lavamanos se tapaba todo el tiempo. El desayuno es muy limitado y no lo varían. El gimnasio está muy bien equipado. Todo el personal fue muy amable y servicial incluyendo los de seguridad.

It was older, but nice and very friendly staff, making it feel safe. There were no VIP amenities given to me, as Orbitz advertises. But I have come to realize that Orbitz's advertisement of the VIP benefits, they have never really existed. Just some fancy advertising.
