Modern 1 Bedroom Apartament strategically located between Miraflores and Barranco. You have the Best of both districts. The modernity of Miraflores and the history and nigh life of Barranco. Few blocks from the ocean. Awesome city view from the building. A lot of bars, stores and restaurants nearby, within 1mille. The building has rooftop pool ang gym available. According to condo rules we must provide information about our guests to condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. Guests whose names or ID doesn’t match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building.
- Peruvians must pay an additional tax of 18% which is not included in the rate.
- NO pets allowed
-Parking is not included in the price. Free public parking is available in the streets around the building.
