We did not receive the VIP perks, such as the free beverage, that were part of our reservation offer. Also, we did not have bath towels in our room the first day. We had to request that they be brought to our room. Likewise, there was a problem with the bathtub not draining, so we had to request someone to come fix the problem. Considering we booked one of the property's premium rooms, these sorts of details should have been tended to without our having to bring them up.
Other than the above issues, the quality of the hotel and service by the staff was adequate. The breakfast was great, though the coffee left a lot to be desired. The dining room staff was especially attentive. Perhaps the best part of this property is the location. Very central to dining, shopping, and quite walkable. The area felt safe, as well.
