Overall we liked it, actually give 4.5 stars but that's not an option. Good location, convenient to both North and South, comfortable bed, lots of kitchenware so we could cook meals ourselves, Beach chairs and towels. Why dock half a star? Some weird oddities: again mostly well stocked kitchen but no foil or Saran wrap which are common kitchen items. Also it feels like housekeeping throws away stuff left by previous renters. We've never stayed in a VRBO that didn't have food items or sunscreen left from previous folks who couldn't take it with them. If they're throwing perfectly good items away instead of passing them forward that is not very Aloha. Also we were looking forward to grilling on the grills by the parking lot and had bought stuff to grill but there are no propane tanks . I checked a bunch of them around the property and none of them had propane. Are we seriously supposed to buy our own tanks? Finally the hot tub wasn't working . Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

Kauai condo

The condo was perfect for 2, had all the amenities of home away from home, full kitchen, washer dryer, even laundry soap, so no overpacking of clothes needed. Very tranquil and quiet except for the roosters of course, you get used to them!

It looked like the listing photos and was in a good location. The bedroom and bathroom had a super musty smell, the bedroom was like musty urine. The dryer stopped working because of a broken sensor, so after the property manager and a tech came out they still couldn't fix it properly. I was supposed to get a partial refund but didn't. They primarily communicate through phone calls instead of messaging within the app which is annoying because I don't want to deal with more calls while on vacation, and when they mentioned a refund I have no record since it was via a call.

Slice of paradise

Stayed here for 9 days with my partner. Check-in was very smooth. Very clean, comfortable, and we loved the amenities! The pool and beach are great. Great location, being 20 minutes from Poipu beach area, and 40 minutes to Hanalei bay. Lots of good hiking and food in the area. Would highly recommend this rental! Hope to be back sometime soon.

Coconut Marketplace, Hukilau Lanai restaurant, Pua Kea Golf course, Princeville Botanical Gardens, and the Kauai Museum in Lihue are favorites! Aloha and mahalo!

Great property!

Perfect rental unit and full kitchen was a huge convenience. Two AC units was a huge plus for our comfort.Only negative was having to drive to another location a few miles away to get our keys. Other than that, this was a fantastic place to stay for our trip.

Little piece of heaven

This property was perfect for our (wife and me) vacation. Though it was on the small side, it had everything we needed. We appreciated the cooler and chairs that were provided. The Kauai themed decor was fun. Neighbors were very friendly. Short walk to good sunrise viewing beach. Sunset view from the balcony was lovely.

Perfect For Our Postponed Honeymoon

Check in process was super easy, picking up the welcome packet at the office. The grounds were beautiful and we loved seeing all the different wild life, stepping out the door it was a game of “what will we see next?” Mama hens & chicks, roosters, geckos, toads (only at night) feral cats, & other birds. Just don’t feed them! The condo was perfect for what we needed, too bad we didn’t cook & utilize the kitchen more. Washer/drier came in handy once, but went to run the dishwasher and found no dishwasher detergent. Bedding was super cozy and soft, mattress was comfy. Access to the resort pools was crucial! We stopped by the villas pool/spa and we’re underwhelmed, but then we wandered our way to the resort pools and spent many hours there. I personally took a trip down the water slide with all the kids 😂 The front door was extremely tricky to figure out how to open the first few times, we were stuck outside for 10 mins before we figured it out. It’s just a simple lock and knob but the door’s so heavy, we’d unlock and then the knob & nothing would happen. Then also the knob leaves your hand smelling metallic…weird I know. Water pressure in the shower is quite light, I don’t mind so much but that was my husbands comment. Couldn’t get the TV to work in the bedroom, but was nice to be able to login to my Netflix account in the living room. And not sure if it was a fluke, but the lagoon featured in the main image from the lanai shows beautiful blue water, when at least during our stay, was a murky brown color, didn’t even realize there were fish in it until a couple days in. The location is great, far away where it’s quiet and secluded, but close enough to great activities and places to eat. We would love to stay again some day.

Needs outside improvements

The condo itself was great. Had everything we needed and was super clean. It was a little difficult finding the right spot to go check in, eventually went to the right place. I would not stay here if you want to use the pool a lot. Neither one are very nice. The resorts could use tending to on the outside, seemed run down.
