OK but out of season

The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it.

Minutes from the center of the town, very quiet and very practical having a kitchenette. Beautiful view. Cannot beach price/quality.

Great location

Positioned right next to the gondola station. The walk in ski boots was as short as you could get. Polite and helpful counter staff. Rooms equipped well like all pierre et vacances hotels, warm, with comfy bed settee and good tv which connected to our dvd player. The bedroom was small (short)and the beds a bit firm and so we both felt a bit uncomfortable though.

Adequate

This hotel is basic but adequate and clean. It's quite pricey for what you get, but I guess you're paying for its proximity to the cable car station so you can walk in minutes to the cable car in your ski boots. There's no dining room or breakfast. There is a swimming pool but it's outdoors and therefore not in use outside the Summer months. Check-in at 5pm is quite late but I phoned earlier in the morning and was told the access code so was able to check in mid afternoon.

Ax Les Thermes Pierre et Vacances

Great location for a skiing trip. Authentic French town with good facilities and bonus thermal spa. Apartments so convenient for the ski lift. Small but adequate. Reception staff very helpful.

Well-located, clean and good value

Right beside cable car and very close to town centre. Neat,clean and well-equipped apartment. Our one bedroom apartment would have been very cramped with 4 people but was great for 2. Friendly staff. Only real problem was delay getting in when we arrived out of hours, we were given the wrong code for the key safe and spent 40 minutes in the cold waiting! I would happily go back next year.

Excellent accueil, très serviable durant tout le séjour, avec des instructions claires. Appartement calme, très propre et très bien équipé avec une belle vue sur Ax les thermes Agencement de l'établissement bien organisé avec ascenseur et casiers a skis. À proximité immédiate du téléphérique pour AX 3 domaines ce qui est parfait

Echamos de menos algunas cosas de equipamie to: secador de pelo y mas variedad de cazuelas, sartenes y otros utensilios de cocina. Limpieza en general bien aunque encontramos un estuche de gafas detras de una cortina que nos dio una idea del desempeño de los equipos de limpieza. El lavavajillas marcaba falta de sal y abrillantador pero no parecio que al equipo de mantenimiento les importase. Tuvimos que pedir en recepcion los filtros del cafe.

Excelente!!

Excelente, apartamento perfecto . Llegamos y el apartamento estaba calentito, nos habían encendido la calefacción antes de llegar. No pasamos nada de frío . Todas las instalaciones del apartamento excelentes y electrodomésticos nuevos incluso con lavavajillas. Volveremos seguro 😊
