The staff were very polite and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. While there were some language barriers, they effectively found ways to communicate, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall Recommendation: I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jinan. With its lovely atmosphere and great service, it truly stands out. I would score it a perfect 10!
