There wasn’t any soap in the shower dispenser and the shower head had poor water pressure and a small stream of water. Room was clean except the air conditioner remote. Very dirty. Staff were wonderful and all other amenities great.

Do not stay at this hotel. Worst experience I have ever had. I tried emailing, calling, and messaging WhatsApp to book airport shuttle as that was the reason we chose this hotel and did not get a response until after booking. They charged us $100 cad for 2 extra guests even though it stated room sleeps 4 and did not tell us until we arrived. They expected us to walk up the stairs with heavy luggage. The sheets had blood stains and the room was filthy. Beds felt like sleeping on cardboard. It was extremely loud, did not sleep at all. On top of all of this it was the most expensive stay we had in Costa Rica. Worst hotel experience of my life.

It was okay , room was decent place seemed alittle barren over all but the location was nice close to really good food and a short cab to the airport. I was disappointed that they advertise a 24 hour airport shuttle which was the only reason we booked it for our last day of our trip just to arrive and find out that the shuttle does not exist. They were nice enough to book us a cab though.

The interior room was dated but clean. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh fruit. Scrambled eggs were made with real eggs and hot. The grounds/gardens were beautiful with free roaming peacocks and plenty of iguanians. Great stay before or after your flight.

We had an issue with check in and felt staff attitude made it more difficult. The issue was between the Best Western, their agent and Expedia. It caused the check in to be very long, upsetting and unnecessary. It was very frustrating and once we reached a resolution, staff were very cold and ulnapproachable.

From welcoming us for an early check-in to hwlping us book a very early morning taxi to the airport....this hotel and its staff were absolutely amazing. We arrived well before the designated checkin time and were generously allowed to stow our luggage and usw the pool for thw few hours until 2pm. And what a pool! Peacocks just wandering around being beautiful. Iguanas sauntering. After drinks by the pool we checked in and a beautiful park behind the pool.Loved the room and the great air conditioner. A great shower with plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were so helpful and kind. We were so sad that we only discovered this gorgeous place on our last day!
