Pam was great and very friendly upon checking in. We we traveling to Libby for baseball and she was a peach. Parking seems a bit awkward for those corner rooms if you want to park near your room. All in all its a nice quiet place and withing walking of much of the town. Thanks for having us.

Clean property, rooms very small, TV volume set so low … you have to sit close to it to hear. Refrigerator nice size. Parking lot is too small and I had to park on the street. Nice location near city center.

Clear instructions for late arrival, key left for us as instructed, wrong room key provided, 2:00 am arrival, pushing door open since we thought it was stuck. Almost got assaulted while trying to enter, luckily folks in there sleeping didn't have a gun. We could have gotten shot! Refund promised, none received!

We have now stayed at the Evergreen Motel 4 times. Every time we go the check in process is quick and efficient. Matthew and David have done such a wonderful job updating the property and the rooms are adequately decorated. The price is not bad at all. As long as they own/run the Evergreen my partner and I will keep coming back. Two thumbs guy!!

Digital clock was at the wrong time and had an alarm at 300am, shower knob is broken, and sink is clogged. A lot of little things that show the property is not being managed well. It was clean and comfy.

Diamond in the Rough (in Libby, MT)

We had a great stay. The staff was VERY accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for more. The place looks a little outdated from the outside but it’s been updated on the inside and the rooms are very nice.
