The house was lovely and spotless. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We spent 2 weeks while in town for a horse show and could not have been happier. Very convenient to the Horse Park and lots of food and shopping options close by. I highly recommend The Dawning House if you need a place in the Georgetown/Lexington area.

My family stayed for 3 nights during our journey to the Ark Encounter in Williamstown. The home is very nice and located in a quiet neighborhood. The decor was beautiful and relaxing. We will stay here again when we are back in the area. The hosts were very gracious and accomodating. A pleasure to work with.

This is a very nice house. The kitchen is well stocked. Owner had coffee/filter/sugar available, which was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Quiet neighbor.
