We will be back! Perfect location and the house is so welcoming! Cozy beds, private fenced back yard, and everything you need! The neighborhood is clean and safe and walkable to coffee, restaurants, CVS, and more. Beautifully decorated and nicely updated. The owner is super responsive and helpful! The 2 full bathrooms are a bonus with good water pressure and lots of clean towels available. We will look for this house everytime we come to Lex!

Perfect stay!

The house is well located, well appointed and charmingly decorated. It was supposed to be my husband and me, three adult family members, our grandson and a dog. Ended up being only three adults. However, the house would have accommodated us all comfortably.The two king beds (only ones we used) were very comfortable. Slept great! The house is located on a fairly busy street, but the house was very quiet. Loved being so centrally located and enjoyed the neighborhood.Would definitely recommend!

Adorable Cozy Home

Property was great. Perfect location. Near University. Didn’t have to deal with nicholasville Road much. Decorated beautifully. Stayed for UK graduation. Cute backyard and we could let our dog run around as it was fenced. 2 upstairs bedrooms have their own air conditioner. Hosts responded quickly!!

Dream lowkey bachelorette weekend

We were looking for a cute place that could host a low-key bachelorette weekend and this place was wonderful! Check in was so smooth, the house was exactly as described, and the location was perfectly close to everything! The hosts were very accommodating and so quick to respond! Highly recommend this place the next time you are in Lexington!

Convenient and trendy!

This was a great house in a convenient location. We were in town for a college golf tournament at Keene Trace in Nicholasville and the teams stayed at Griffin Gate. We were equi-distant to both, with easy access to downtown and Fayette Mall. House is well-appointed, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, refreshing showers, and fun games in the basement. Super easy checkin and checkout. Hosts were always quick to respond and obviously take pride in their home. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable family house

The house was clean and comfortable for our family during a quick UK visit and Thanksgiving. The kitchen is well stocked for typical needs and the appliances were very nice. The bedrooms were clean and had very comfortable beds. The largest bathoom is upstairs with a large shower. The first floor bathroom is tiny (let's call it European efficient) but the tub is both deep and decently long. The open layout allows for easy family time. The back yard is long and flat for family games and the fence was great for letting our dog off leash. The basement game room is also quite nice but we didnt have much time to enjoy it.
