The lobby was beautiful, yet when we went to the second floor, it was more dated. In our room we had a significant faucet leak in our bathroom, and then the toilet seat was broken. It was late, so we did not request a change. The front desk host was kind. The next morning, the men’s room did not have toilet paper, which left a negative impression. The stay was decent because the staff was nice.

Don’t.

I’ll be honest … we won’t stay there again. I was looking for a budget stay since all the other rooms around Lexington were 250 for a Saturday. But I won’t make this $120 mistake again. It was filthy. Fabric furniture had stains I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on. The bathroom was gross. Not sure what white stuff was splattered all over the inside of the bathroom door. Don’t get me started on the odors. The staff was pleasant..the breakfast was the powdered eggs you would expect. Coffee was not good. My advice… spend the extra money if you can…this wasn’t a “comfortable” stay.

April and Hope (the GM) were VERY accommodating with the adjustments we had to make with our rooms and just as friendly, too! The rates were also VERY reasonable especially considering it was graduation weekend. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Hope at the front desk is AMAZING! Found us rooms last minute on UKentucky GRADUATION WEEKEND! Got us in early, signed for a package we needed, called twice to resolve which of our party had checked out, and gave is a BandAid!
