We were in a great location, close to where we wanted to be. Staff were fabulous. Breakfast was included but options and taste were limited. Free parking was a bonus.

Stay was good other then it was extremely noisy and loud. We had to go to the front desk and complain about the noise level. If I ever stay there again it will be at a request for not being on the first floor.

This would be my 2nd stay here and it is still great as the first one. I appreciate how easily accessible the hotel is to park, to get to restaurants literally a walk away, and not a far drive to the convention center. The employees were also wonderful in assisting our accommodations. I definitely plan to make this my go to place to book.

It was average

The hotel was basically clean, but felt like it needed a facelift. Did not seem as nice as other Holiday Inns. Staff was nice but not engaging. Most did not even acknowledge when we walked in or out of the hotel. Can't really complain but think there are better options. I will say the location was excellent.

When I booked the room through Expedia, it said the room was 107 tax. When I got here, my expedia said 124 and I got charged 144 (I am assuming tax). Don't like the changing rates. Also, the cleanliness was just ok.
