Property was easy to get to and check in was a breeze. The staff at check in were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. They even allowed for a late check out which was much appreciated. Only critique was walls/floor on each level were very thin and you could hear each footstep above or conversation next store. Great stay otherwise.

Stuck in an elevator!

It was great except for the 30 mins I was stuck in the elevator waiting for firemen to free me. They gave me a $50 Best Western gift card valid in BW hotels.

The staff have been extremely helpful and courteous. The room is very clean. Room is very quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay on lexington without having to in the middle of town. It is located on newtown pike, which makes it relatively easy to get from hospitals downtown. An A in my book.
