The space
Arrive to the Baycation home by either Car, ATV or watercraft. You have Access to 6 + parking places, your own Private Dock and Boat-Launch with access to the Notre-Dame Bay

The home is located in the middle of the Beautiful town of Lewisporte, and it's close to one of the Largest Marina's in Atlantic Canada.

There is Access to the home from the Cross-Newfoundland Railway (ATV/Snowmobile Trail)

One-minute walk from the local grocery store

Pleasantview Manor is just up the street

Three-minute walk from the local Liqour store/gas station

Outside you can enjoy a night by the water while you roast marshmallows over an open fire, or you can relax in the 8 person hottub which also overlooks Notre-Dame Bay.

The entire back of the house has a wrap around 60 foot deck where you can take in the beautiful view while you enjoy your morning coffee and plan your days adventure

Beautiful location and home. Amenities like groceries, gas, liquor or close by. Very limited dining. We ate in both nights we were there. We were hoping for fresh seafood or a great pub with local fare but there is none available. But cannot say enough great things about the home, cleanliness and items available for our use. Check in and check out were very simple.

a little over priced

the hot tub was only half working, and a lot of stuff was just a little bit broken... the outside lights were flickering, a few patio recliners were broken, the recliners in the movie room wouldn't close, the dishwasher was missing the top cover panel, the remote control was missing a back. It didn't have a guest streaming service- it kept prompting me to log in on my own subscription.there were no blinds on the master bedroom patio doors so there was no way to block out the sunrise. It was listed as a 4 bedroom, but 2 rooms were locked, so I couldn't even change rooms to get away from the blinding sunrise. to sleep in. If they are locking bedrooms that they don't want you using, then the price should be lowered to the price per room.
