All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Very happy with our stay. The house was old but clean. The kitchen had all the dishes and utensils you need for real cooking (all looking very new). The front porch was nice but we could not use it due to construction noise across the street (there were several trucks running their motor all day long all week). The house is on a street with a lot of traffic but we were not bothered by the noise even in the street side bedroom. Location is great, few steps from the beach and few minutes walk from downtown Lewes. The property management was very responsive when we reported a broken can opener and they replaced it the same day. The only negative was that the second floor smelled dusty and we had allergy symptoms as soon as we went upstairs, likely due to carpet not properly vacuumed. Since we were only 3, we did not use the upstairs bedrooms but would not be willing to sleep there.
