The apartment "Sommeregger" is located on a 1000 m² plot, in a house on the first floor. In a quiet location with stunning views. Approximately 15 minutes walk to the center of Leutschach.
The 140m² are furnished in a modern style.
The balcony offers a comfortable seating area with wonderful views.

Upper floor:

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the apartment is located.

Kitchen:
Consists of fridge freezer, electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking and eating utensils, glasses, cutlery are sufficiently available, as well as cleaning agents.

Living room:
In the living area you have a flat screen TV + satellite, large dining table, and a pleasant seating area available. From there you have a wonderful view of nature.

A small garden table invites you for a first cup of coffee while you take in the morning atmosphere. Or enjoy the sunset in the evening with a glass of South Tyrolean wine.

Bedroom 1: double bed 180x200cm, a spacious closet, 2 bedside tables with lamp.

Bathroom: the shared bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet and bathtub.

The bed linen, and hand-bath towels are available.

Please note that the apartment is a non-smoking accommodation and no pets are desired !!!
