After some terrible train trouble in Italy, we got here after check in was closed. I called ahead of closing and the staff were so lovely, helpful and understanding about our situation and figured out a solution for us. Pool and sauna is open 24/7 and the can also book massages at the desk on check in.

What a gem of a hotel! A real find in Leukerbad. There’s a drop off spot at the hotel for check I’m and out; otherwise, park at the Rathaus (or other paid parking). Lovely wee place with nice staff. The restaurant is good and the breakfast worthwhile (although I’ll be honest, the coffee is subpar). Perfect location for enjoying the town. Bathrobes are available for 5chf deposit at the front desk. Enjoy their sauna and pool!

I was very surprised when I arrived here. The view from the room was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Very clean and comfortable. Very large balconies too.

The staff made this hotel, the reception staff were always lovely. Great room, kettle, mini bar, etc and the pool/sauna was an added bonus. No parking but everything is so compact that it’s nearby to walk. Comfy duvets!

This hotel was a great value for the money (at least in terms of Swiss prices :). The staff spoke enough English and allowed us to store our bags there till checkin. All the facilities were clean and the room was quite modern. They also have a free sauna and pool which were very relaxing. The Leukerbad bus drops you off just a 5min walk from the hotel. Because of the walkability of the town, everything is nearby. The room didn't have an iron, fridge, fan/A/C, or microwave - all of which would have been nice. I also never found out where the laundry room was. Besides that it was great - would recommend.

The personnel was friendly and flexible with having an oversize dog against their rules (checked in advance if possible). The room was clean and silent, and the breakfast was good. The bed was too small for two friends (for couples it could be kind of ok). There is no parking place by the hotel, we had to park at a local parkhouse for daily fees cca. 5 minutes away from the hotel.

+: Freundliches Personal, super tolle Lage, Guest Card mit der man Gratis auf die kleine Piste gehen darf! -: Das Zimmer hatte einige Mängel: Es hat grauenhaft gestunken (Rezeption hat uns ein Raumspray gegeben), kappute Holzwand, Storen die schräg runterhingen, die aufgeklebte Folie am Tisch ist schon am zerfallen, keine Schlappen, Flecken im Badezimmer, keine Handseife. Hygiene: Bettbezug wurde NICHT gewechselt(!), hatten noch Haare am Kissen und Decken von anderen Gästen, Badetücher hatten wir schon bei der Ankunft nicht, hatten auch nie frische Tücher da auch nachdem das Reinigungspersonal zum "putzen" kam, in einer Woche wurde nicht einmal staubgesaugt, Kaffee, Zucker und Wasser wurde nach Lust und Laune aufgefüllt. Sind dann selbst Kaffee und Zuckersticks kaufen gegangen. Haben 2x der Rezeption gesagt, dass es keine Badetücher in der Sauna hat. Die Frau meinte sie würde das auffüllen und dann später wieder nachschauen. Eine Stunde später als wir mit Bademantel in der Sauna standen, waren da wieder keine Tücher. Auch für uns war das extrem mühsam ständig zur Rezeption da Tücher fehlten oder sonst was nicht in Ordnung war. Für Bademäntel muss man neu 5.- Franken Depot pro Mantel bezahlen. Für diesen Aufenthalt (ohne Frühstück! Das wäre dann noch 22.- pro Person. Hatten sonst immer mit Frühstück gebucht, diesmal hiess es wir hätten ohne gebucht), das stinkende, kaputte Zimmer und das Badetuch Chaos war uns der Preis einfach zu hoch. Zimmer renovieren Sehr ringhörig . Wenn Gäste nach Hause kommen und im Gang reden oder auch zu schlagende Türen. Zimmer Reinigung : wenn die „ nicht stören „ Karte an der Türe hängt sollte nach einer gewissen Zeit nochmals kontrolliert werden und nicht nach dem ersten Versuch ein Beweis Foto gemacht werden. Parkmöglichkeit gibt es nur in den öffentlichen Parkhäusern in Leukerbad und nicht beim Hotel!! Die Parkkarte beim Parkhaus Rathaus kann aber auf 1-3Wochen gelöst werden so dass man ungehindert immer ein und ausfahren kann. Wusste aber im Hotel niemand. Concierge Gabriel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 👍👍
