Disappointing

The pool was closed just after we got here which was very disappointing. The hot tub was tiny, very hot and not in the best condition. This area needs some work. The vending machine stuck so we lost $2.75 for a chocolate bar. Another disappointment for my granddaughter.

A/C unit decided to act up with huge noise at 1am. They offered another room but were too tired to move. Maintenance man quick to respond but didn’t have parts. As the temperature in the room was ok we decided to stay and not turn on the a/c.

The atrium and pool area was very nice, gave a resort feel as you walked through. Bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. AC worked great as room temperature was perfect. Room had a microwave and bar refrigerator. Shower pressure was fantastic with a rainfall showerhead. Overall I would stay here again

Bed comfortable. Noticed the coffee table and mirrors could have been cleaned a little better. Breakfast was not my favourite. I could have crossed to A&W and got the same cheaper. For such a nice hotel I would have expected better.sorry for this comment but that was my only real complaint. There were teams there and I know they ate elsewhere.
