This cottage is in a Médoc farmhouse with another cottage, it has a separate entrance opposite the other cottage without overlooking the terraces. It has a private and enclosed garden with two garden furniture sets. Dining room/equipped kitchen, lounge area with TV, a large bedroom with a 1.40m bed and a convertible BZ opening onto the small veranda with the dryer and access to the garden, another bedroom with a 1.40m bed with wardrobes, shower room, separate toilet. Lesparre train station 4 km away.
