Mountain holiday cottage located at one end of the small village of Calvinyà, at 1000 m. of altitude and only 6 Km. from La Seu d'Urgell. The house is an old barn rehabilitated keeping the stone walls, wooden beams and slate roof.
At the entrance of the house there is a nice closed terrace and paved with slate, from where you can enjoy the sun all year round and the splendid views of the mountains of the Catalan Pyrenees.
Accommodation located on the ground floor and distributed in in one level.
Living room with fireplace and TV, dining room and kitchen equipped with 2 fridges (60 cm high), hob, microwave, coffee maker and blender. 1 very spacious room with 2 single beds. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with shower.
Private terrace / private barbeque // municipal swimming pool La Seu d'Urgell 10.
Weekend bookings: Departures 17-18 h, as long as they do not coincide with the arrival of another client (in this case, prior notice will be given).
