Great place to stay for family and friends of all age groups!

This villa is very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms.Not always possible to find an en suite on the ground floor for a 92 year old! Quiet location. Beautiful scenery. The only slight annoyance, no towels, so come prepared! Luckily our friends living nearby provided us with them! Would recommend this villa which has the bonus of a swimming pool, for the warmer weather, boules area and table tennis space. Thank you Jean Michael Michaud for providing a welcoming home!!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem ruhigen, geräumigen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet auch für eine grosse Gruppe. Ein Plus ist der beheizte Pool. Sehr gut gelegen um direkt vom Haus aus Wanderungen zu machen.

Belle maison, bien situé, bien équipé. Cependant les points négatifs dit dans les commentaires précédents sont toujours présents (transats pas en nombres et abîmes, odeur de fosse, chaises abîmés, marque de saleté sur la ligne d’eau, frigo vieillissant,…) De plus la personne qui vient entretenir la piscine 3 fois par semaine ne prévient pas de sa venu. Point positif: maison vraiment adapté pour le nombres de couchages ainsi que pour tout âge. Plusieurs activités proches du lieu d’habitation

Très chouette expérience

La maison est super spacieuse et adéquate pour 12 personnes. Les literies sont confortables. Dommage pour la climatisation non fonctionnelle et qui n’en est pas vraiment une, ce serait de sols refroidissants. Avec les températures que nous avons eu, la pièce de vie est montée à 27degrés. Piscine bien mais bémol pour les sièges qui n’étaient pas tous opérationnels et pas un siège par personne. Heureusement que les enfants n’en utilisent pas un chacun. Petite précision à apporter dans votre annonce, les commerces les plus proches se trouvent à 10 minutes en voiture. Très belle région, Beaucoup de choses à voir si on prend le temps de faire beaucoup de route. Les dames « concierges » sont disponibles au besoin et arrangeantes.

vive les vacances !

super séjour, l'environnement était entourés de maisons proches de la villa un petit ménage de printemps aurait été beaucoup plus agréable car les certains placards étaient encore remplis d'aliments et du coup il y avait des mites alimentaires de plus étant accompagné d'une personne âgée, cette personne a du rester sur la terrasse ou dans la maison car il manquait des poignées permettant de descendre de la terrasse et d'aller dans la piscine (les marches étaient trop hautes pour garder son équilibre) pour la piscine, nous sommes tous tombés dans les escaliers car les marches étaient hautes, glissantes et petits en largeur, et il n'y a pas de rampe de descente, la température de 25° était fort appréciable l'entretien des espaces verts et de la piscine, étant effectuer par Christelle qui a très bien fait son travail Dolorès nous a bien conseillée sur les coins a visiter malgré tout ces petits défauts nous y retournerions volontiers l'année prochaine

Très contente de notre séjour dans cette maison. Spacieuse et propre . Juste quelques petits bémols ( des verres ébréchés , tiroirs des armoires cassé) je recommande. Parfait pour partir en famille.

Belle maison spacieuse, couchages corrects, bémols : plaque de cuisson 2feux /4 hs, micro ondes vieillissant. Avons passé un très bon séjour aux Salelles malgré incendie de forêt à moins de 300m de la maison.

Points positifs . Taille de la maison , literie , linge de lit propre , vaisselle suffisante Points Négatifs . Maison non climatisée (plancher rafraichissant ) très diffèrent d'une climatisation , et a l'étage juste un ventilateur , donc déception +++,plaque de cuisson 2 feux fonctionnent sur 4 ( signalé a notre arrivée ) odeur de fosse septique sur la terrasse ce qui désagréable pour manger sur celle ci , propreté des sanitaires a revoir ( porte de douche rouillée , joints salles ) Piscine taille suffisante et bien sécurisée , ce pendant la moitié des transats sont inconfortables ( ont bien vécus ) Le liner a bien vécu aussi (il est vert sur le tour , signalé a la pisciniste lors de notre arrivée , Nous écrivons ceci pour informer les futurs clients . Notre séjour c'est bien car nous étions en famille et c'était notre priorité. La vérification des lieux serait peut être utile .

Heel fijn vakantiehuis

Het huis heeft alles om een leuke vakantie door te brengen in de Ardeche. Er is voldoende keukenservies om zelf te koken, ruime plaats binnen en buiten om te eten, klein maar leuk zwembadje. Petanquebaan , pingpong tafel en een zéér rustige ligging ook fijn om wandelingen te maken in de buurt

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in großartiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung mit beheiztem Pool, Tischtennisplatte und sogar Pétanque ist großartig. Les Vans ist 10 Autominuten entfernt. Im Umkreis gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zu Wandern, Höhlen zu besuchen und die Natur zu genießen.

La villa de Jean-François est très bien aménagée avec une superbe vue. La cuisine est propre est bien équipée, la literie est bonne et tout est là pour nous faire passer de bons moments, pétanque, ping pong, molky et surtout la piscine :)

Toller, erholsamer Aufenthalt mit der Großfamilie

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub als Großfamilie mit zwei Grundschulkindern, einem Kindergartenkind und drei Kleinkindern in diesem Haus verbracht - für alle Altersgruppen war es sehr passend. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit vier separaten Schlafzimmern und vier weiteren Betten auf einer Empore, außerdem zwei Bäder und ein separates WC. Die Küche ist groß, hat viel Arbeitsfläche und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Außerdem stehen zwei Kühlschränke mit Gefrierfächern zur Verfügung. Für uns war auch die Waschmaschine ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Mit dem Grill kann man eine große Gruppe toll versorgen und die Terrasse bietet ausreichend Platz - selbst bei kleineren Regenschauern konnten wir draußen sein. Der Bouleplatz und der Pool direkt am Haus sind ein Highlight, außerdem der Grünbereich, auf dem man sich mit einem Liegestuhl gemütlich aufhalten kann. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr ruhig, etwas abgelegen gelegen. Zum nächstgrößeren Ort Les Vans benötigt man 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, wo man auch Baguette und Croissants zum Frühstück kaufen kann, auch Supermärkte und einen Markt (2x pro Woche) gibt es dort. Man ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten mit dem Auto an einer Badestelle am Fluss Chassezac. Auch Wanderwege liegen in der Nähe des Hauses, die wir aber nicht ausprobiert haben. Für kleinere Spaziergänge ist die Umgebung auch gut geeignet. Der Pool wurde zwei Mal die Woche von einer sehr netten Dame gereinigt und auch der Kontakt vor Ort läuft über eine sehr freundliche Dame, die uns auch die Schlüssel ausgehändigt hat und jederzeit zur Verfügung stand. Hierbei ist es allerdings von Nutzen etwas Französisch zu sprechen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
