Et pourtant trÚs déçu!

TrĂšs bon accueil par Sylvie. L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, proche de la plage, parking gratuit a proximitĂ© et commerces. Par contre, nous sommes trĂšs déçus de l’état global de l’appartement; En effet, il est comme dirait un agent immobilier »Dans son jus, prĂ©voir travaux ». Sols( dont les lames de parquet bougent d’oĂč chute possible) et murs dĂ©fraĂźchis avec des taches un peu partout, la cuisine doit dater de la construction de l’immeuble(Frigo vĂ©tuste et abĂźmĂ©), et il en est de mĂȘme pour la salle de bain dont le fond de la baignoire/douche laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer (Ă©mail qui part au fond, dangereux car glissade et chute possible). De plus, pas de Wifi ou de machine Ă  laver le linge. Nous avons eu l’occasion de visiter des appartements d’amis sur place avec un tarif bien en dessous et un Ă©quipement moderne, et il est clair que notre location laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer Ă  ce tarif la! Une rĂ©novation complĂšte et un Ă©quipement plus complet(lave-linge, wifi, cuisine, Sdb , sols et murs) sont vivement conseillĂ©s! Dommage car l’immeuble et la situation sont trĂšs bien!

Appartement propre, bien situé, au calme. Au 3Úme étage sans ascenseur. Lits confortables. Tv dans la mezzanine de l'appartement. Prévoir budget supplémentaire pour parking à la gare sécurisé car pas de places gratuites autour du logement depuis peu. Pas de Wi-Fi, mais peu utile vu l'endroit. Pas de douche, mais petite baignoire (un peu étroite..). TrÚs bonnes vacances passées au bord de la mer.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. TrÚs bien situé, bien équipé, à 2 min de la plage, et bien pratique avec sa mezzanine, nous avons vraiment profité à fond de ces 8 jours.
