Come and stay and relax in this charming little house located at the foot of the former Sables d'Olonne semaphore, in the Chaume district, the cradle of the city.
Everything is there: private garden, residence swimming pool, parking space.
The accommodation is close to the Armandèche lighthouse, the coastal path and the cycle paths. Bus line B provides easy access to the TGV station and the city center.
Enter this pleasant house through its outdoor garden and discover:
- A living room with sofa, television, dining table.
- A fully equipped and fitted kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, oven, condiments, ...)
- A bathroom with shower
-A separate WC
-Take the stairs you will find a sleeping area:
- A relaxation area,
- A bedroom with a bunk bed
-A bedroom with a queen size bed
A small outbuilding with:
- A washing machine is at your disposal.
Also enjoy a private garden facing South West with outdoor lounge on beautiful sunny days. (There is also an awning)
A dedicated parking space completes the accommodation.
You will have access to the outdoor swimming pool shared with the residence (open from mid-May to mid-September).
Quai de la Chaume with its shops, restaurants, market at 900m
Take the small boat (smuggler) 1km away to access the large beach and the town center of Les Sables d'Olonne.
At 750m, you can enjoy delicious seafood platters.
