Situated in the heart of the lively Arago district, famous for its market, this house is ideally located, with everything within walking distance: town centre, station, market, local shops and beach.
You'll enjoy a kitchen-living room area opening onto the outside terrace, equipped with a sofa, coffee table, TV, WiFi, dining table and 6 chairs, ideal for a good meal with family or friends!
Open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine (Krups + filters), etc.
At night, you'll find 3 bedrooms with double beds (140cm), one of which is on the mezzanine.
There is also a shower room with shower, washbasin and storage unit, towel rail and hairdryer.
