Divided into two properties, you'll occupy the ground floor of the 3 level that make up this chalet. Beware of access difficulties.

You will occupy the ground floor of the 3-storey chalet. The different sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 9 people, ideally 6 adults and 3 children (dormitory room).

The accommodation breaks down as follows:
> Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds
> Bedroom 2 (dormitory type) with two bunk beds and a single bed
> Bedroom 3 with queen-size bed
> 2 bathrooms available for the 3 bedrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub
> Parent's bedroom with queen-size bed and en suite shower room (shower, washbasin)
> Comfortable and cosy living room. Fireplace available
> Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto dining area
> Outside, dining area and plancha available. The garden corresponds to the farm's former alpine pasture, immersing you in the heart of nature. The upper garden is shared with the accommodation above.

The property is located in a somewhat isolated area and access can be difficult, especially in winter when the roads are snowy, particularly on the last part of the journey. We recommend that you are well equipped, especially for the winter season.

Located on a private alpine pasture, at the gateway to hiking and ski trails, this property will be highly appreciated by nature lovers looking for a quiet stay yet close to Les Houches and Chamonix. Ski slopes at 5mn by car.
All you have to do is enjoy the panoramic views, the sunshine and the relaxing atmosphere.
The various shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away. Please note that access to the chalet in winter requires an adapted vehicle (4x4).
Located in a quiet environment, with no immediate neighbors other than travelers who may have rented the upper part of the chalet.


Access to the property is at the end via a forest path. In summer, no particular difficulties if your vehicle is not too low. In winter, you'll need to have a 4x4 vehicle with snow tires, and be used to driving in these conditions.
It is not possible to reach the property by public transport.
The village of Les Houches is 5/10min away. Chamonix is 15/20min away.
Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
