I’ve booked the accommodation for my family if three, my teenage son, my wife and my self. The apartment said it fit 4 people. I suppose that means two in the main bedroom and 2 in the living room with the large sofa bed. Problem we have encountered was there was only one set of pillows and blanket for our use in the main bedroom but one for sofa bed. Meaning my son cannot sleep in the sofa bed as the temperature was below freezing point during our stay. Contacted Nana Homes, the property management company but they said nothing can be done beyond what the landlord see fit. We are extremely disappointed and felt being cheated!
