Quintessential ski chalet at the foot of Mont Blanc 5 mins from the nearest ski lift perfect for winter and summer holidays with family or groups of friends . Completely renovated in 2022 to a high standard with underfloor heating , 3 beautiful bathrooms , log fire, heated towel rails, ski room with boot rack, stylish well equipped kitchen set up for entertaining and open plan living . Ski lifts, supermarket , pharmacy and restaurants are all with in a 5 - 10 min walk from the chalet and the vibrant town of Chamonix with all its amazing shops and restaurants is a 10 min drive . There is ample parking for 4 cars and a garage with direct access into the house . At the rear is a terrace and a large garden with views of the summit of Mont Blanc towering above. To the front of the chalet is a large dining terrace built over the garage with utterly stunning views of Les Houches ski slopes and the valley far below.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and an electric kettle.
