This property, set on a 1200sqm plot, is divided over two levels, starting with the top floor which comprises:

Very close to the Prarion (250m) and Bellevue (850m) ski lifts for the legendary Les Houches ski area. You'll need to walk 10min to reach the heart of Les Houches and its shops (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, etc.), although a few shops are right next door, at the Prarion lift, such as an ski/sport rental and a bakery. Chamonix town center 15 minutes away by car or public transport.

Two covered parking spaces in the chalet garage and a 3rd outdoor space. Les Houches - Prarion bus stop a 3-minute walk away, right next to the ski lift.
To discover the rest of the region by car, allow 30/40min for Megève / St Gervais and 1h15 for Geneva / Annecy.
