Sea and road connections with the 5 lands, proximity to the city of Pisa about 60 km and 7 km from the marble quarries of Carrara and Versilia. The house consists of characteristic Ligurian rooms, bright and with new furnishings, divided as follows: kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom with French bed, bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed.
