La maison est conforme à l’annonce. Propre, très bonne literie, jardin et piscine très entretenus. Équipements pour enfants et pour adultes. Je recommande cette maison pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis

Belles vacances au calme absolu !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison fin août 2022. Maison au calme, à environ 5km du centre de Léon. Chambres équipées de très bons matelas. Maison conforme à la description donnée sur Abritel. Cuisine complète. Nous avons bien profité de la belle piscine, du boulodrome et de la table de ping-pong. Quelques bémols: - Pas de réseau 3G/4G, il faut se rapprocher de Léon pour avoir du réseau. Il y a un téléphone fixe en cas d'urgence. - Connexion à internet très faible via ADSL: si vous avez des ados avec vous, si vous êtes à plusieurs à vouloir aller sur internet en même temps avec vos téléphones ou si vous voulez faire du télé-travail: ce n'est pas optimal. Pas très grave s'il y a une belle météo et qu'on peut visiter ou aller à la plage, mais cela manque dans le cas contraire (même en faisant la part belle aux jeux de sociétés). - Très petite salle d'eau avec coin lavabo minuscule se trouvant dans la chambre qui donne sur l'entrée de la maison.

Magnifique villa très bien équipée

Séjour de 2 semaines en famille. Nous avons pu profiter du calme de cette propriété éloignée du village de Léon de 5 km. Nombreux divertissements disponibles sur place : terrain de pétanque - ping-pong - piscine - jeux de société... Qualité des équipements de la villa exceptionnelle et style moderne de bon goût. Seul bémol : connexion internet très faible (projet fibre pour 2023) et réception téléphonique presque nulle : un téléphone fixe est disponible pour être joint en cas d'urgence.

Außerordentlich und sehr empfehlenswert

Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist hervorragend. Außerdem sind das Grundstück und der Pool im absolut gepflegten Zustand. Es gibt kein Grund zur Beanstandung. Das Haus liegt mitten im Wald und es ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Natürlich benötigt man ein Auto, um sich fortbewegen zu können. Genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen ca. im 5 km entfernten Léon. Der Vermieter hat über SMS Kontakt gehalten und hat immer zügig geantwortet, wenn es Fragen gab. Die Übergabe des Hauses erfolgte in französischer Sprache, leider war keine Konversation auf Englisch oder Spanisch möglich. Letztendlich war dies aber auch mit Hilfe des Google Übersetzers kein Problem. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit empfehlen und wieder mieten.

Une magnifique maison avec de belles prestations dans une magnifique région. Un vrai havre de paix.

Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances dans la villa des pins. C est une magnifique demeure vaste, décorée avec goût et avec de très belles prestations. Un magnifique jardin et une belle piscine. Le contact avec les propriétaires a été très agréable et réactive. Je recommande cette belle propriété.
