The staff was fantastic, both helpful and friendly. Great amenities (although I didn't get a chance to use all of them). Brand new exercise room equipment; very nice indoor pool; cozy bar. Really, the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because the room was a bit stale. Old carpeting, unstable toilet, and faulty shower faucet, for example. However, the entire hotel is being refurbished currently, so these will all be taken care of!
