This charming guest house offers a beautifully designed two-bedroom space with a chef’s kitchen, central A/C, washer/dryer and a private courtyard patio perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Lenox is central to The Berkshires; anywhere you want to explore in the greater area, like museums, hikes, skiing, and theater is just a short drive away.

Guests will have access to the entire carriage house and patio outside, except for the artist studio located at the back of the home. The artist studio will remain vacant, and is not rented or setup as a rentable space.

This two-bedroom, one-bathroom home is fully equipped to make your stay in the Berkshires both comfortable and convenient.

The first floor is home to the open-concept kitchen and dining area. Enjoy cooking meals at home in the fully stocked chef's kitchen, or venture out to one of the many restaurants nearby. Gather around the dining table for an intimate meal with family and friends, or take advantage of the lovely patio for outdoor dining.

Beautiful French doors flood the space with natural light all day long, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

Upstairs, the second-floor landing serves as a relaxing living area, complete with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for movie nights or quiet afternoons. A dedicated workspace with a desk and office supplies makes working from home simple.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a cozy seating nook, and an additional desk for a private workspace. The second bedroom offers two twin beds.

The nearby full bathroom includes a walk-in shower and is conveniently situated adjacent to the second bedroom.

This home is ideally located near all the Berkshires has to offer. Explore charming shops and vibrant dining scenes, as well as numerous theaters, hiking trails, ski resorts, museums, and more. Everything is just minutes away!

LOCATION: The property is approximately a 3 minute walk into downtown Lenox from its location on Cliffwood Street.

PETS: No pets.
PARKING: Guests can use the shared driveway, which includes a designated bump-out for convenient guest parking.
CLEANING: Depending on length of stay, management may require a mid-stay clean, to be discussed.

**Your reservation includes a $20 insurance fee to cover any accidental damage during your stay, allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacation with peace of mind. If any damage does occur, please let us know so we can arrange timely replacements for the next guest.
