The lovingly furnished 38 m² apartment is a colorful eye-catcher. You enter the living-dining area and find the cozy part with a sofa and TV to your left. There you also have access to the terrace and can watch nature from the sofa.



The dining table is perfect for sociable evenings, as it connects the living area to the kitchen area. The kitchen is visually separated by a cooking island.



The bedroom is accessed via the spacious bathroom. Here you have a shower, a WC & in the cold months the underfloor heating warms your feet. From here you can access the bedroom.
