The hotels itself had a warm welcoming environment. It had a garden with rose species, and other flowers at the rear. It even a vegetable garden we enjoyed looking at. The rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly and the cook even made custom made food to our request. The owner of hotel was most accommodating and helped us plan our trips. We appreciated his taking time to advise us on our trips and even getting us in touch with the taxi companies to organize our trips. I would give it 6 stars out of 5 max if I could

suggestions to improve

good location, good rooms and good view of teh surroundings. Cooperative and warm natured staff. The hotel needed a better management of its house-keeping and stricter processes as it has the potential to be rated a good place to stay. things like leaking faucets, better cleaning of toilets and rooms and taps. Food is good. With a professional management setup this place woudl do well. Good luck

Good hotel in Leh

Stayed there for 3 nights in July'21. Good hotel. We got a very spacious room, which was very nice. The hotel staff and service was good. Food options at hotel were limited, but reasonably good. Only wish - better hot water supply in the bathroom, and better quality bathroom furnishings would have made it an excellent stay. Overall, a nice hotel run by non-professionals who try to make your stay very comfortable
