Vraiment cool.

Très bien situé, proche plage de l'horizon, marché ou bassin, un accueil très convivial, le bâtiment est ancien mais fonctionnel avec une excellente literie et tout ce qu'il faut pour être bien durant des vacances. J'ai apprécié, le grand jardin, les transats, l'excellent contact avec Mr David durant le séjour, le prix juste qui correspond à la prestation, la maison ancienne qui permet de rester zen sans prise de tête, les deux douches et les deux sanitaires, le chauffe eau grand volume qui correspond bien à 6 personnes. J'ai moins aimé l'escalier assez étroit et franchement raide, quelques manques au niveau des éclairages individuels dans certaines chambres ou sur l'évier, mais rien de bien grave. Un très bon séjour. Il y a mieux, mais pas à ce tarif.

Die Bilder geben das Beste wieder, das man in dem Hau sehen kann. Wir kamen bei Regenwetter an und alles sah alt und abgewohnt aus. Die Wahrheit liegt dazwischen. Das Haus liegt ideal zwischen Strand, Bassin, Markt und Supermarkt. Schön könnte es bei etwas Renovierungsaufwand sein. Zweckmäßig ist es allemal. Es fehlt praktisch kein Haushaltsgerät. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut, das Bad und die Toiletten auch. Für drei Personen oder zwei Erwachsene und bis zu zwei Kinder ist es groß genug, mehr Personen sind zu viel.

Situation parfaite

Maison idéalement située, à 8 minutes à pied de l'ocean et à 10 minutes du centre du village du cap ferret. Échange très agréable avec la personne pour le départ et l'arrivée. Couchage correct, pas vraiment de standing, mais on s'y est senti très bien! On recommande

Photo très trompeuse. Jardin donnant en fait sur le parking de l'hôtel attenant. Partie du jardin bétonnée. Pas de tuyau d'arrosage extérieur pour se désensabler. Literie/sommier très mauvais.

perfekte Küchenausstattung, sehr sauber, 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Hauptstrand, 1 km Entfernung zum Bäcker, zum Markt, sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter, flexibler Vermieter, ich würde wieder hier wohnen.
