The bathroom / toilet is completely renovated. All the floors are in floating parquet except the bathroom which is tiled. The garden consists of 2 parts. The back garden is slightly sloping and includes a wooden terrace on stilts with its table and chairs. The front garden is on gratings and is equipped with its table and chairs as well. A parasol is provided. A stone barbecue is available. You can benefit from 2 sun loungers at your disposal. It is important to note that we do not provide sheets, towels or toiletries. Pillows and duvets are provided. Finally, we do not charge for water, gas and electricity. They are included in the rental price. It is obvious that you take the premises in a clean property, so it is mandatory to return it in the same condition as you found it.
