Tiny (sweet ants) on the bread being served at breakfast) all through out the room, directly outside the side door (front parking lot) dog feces in side hallway for over 12 hours, pool not open due to chemical balance and other excuses. Room coffee pot didn’t work. Often, especially during night hours no employee at or around front desk. ….. need I go on?

We had a 2 night stay at the end of our Virginia vacation. Housekeeping did a nice job on the room. Breakfast prepared was good but dining area cleanliness was poor. Tables not wiped down or floors not vacuumed from the day before. Front desk staff tried to be helpful but couldn't resolve simple issues like extra towels or swap out a broken hair dryer.

It was clean but when the shower was used the water did not drain fully. We informed the staff about it before we left for the day but when we came back the room had not been touched. We then had to inform the night time staff that we were unable to shower. They had to give us a new room. It was very inconvenient since we had to pack up all our stuff and move after a very long day touring the town.

Roads in Leesburg are challenging, but this was easy to get to. Had a little problem at checkin about the room rate as the rate I had booked at was not what they were going to charge me initially, but it was all taken care of eventually. Breakfast was very good, even had someone making omelets on request in addition to prepared hot foods and usual waffle, yogurt, toast, bagel, cereal options. Very nice eating area. Room was neat and clean but could have used some cosmetic updates in the bathroom and they need to update their QR code guest info as it still references a grab and go breakfast bag vs the nice spread they actually provided. Overall, was a good value for the rate we reserved at, but would be overpriced if I had to pay the rate they were trying to charge me initially at check-in.
