Nice enough, pricey for what it was. Room was ridiculously hot, impossible to sleep, they provided a poor air conditioner unit and a massive loud fan. 2 nights and almost no sleep was had.

Self check in worked perfectly although there was a member of staff there if required. Room was large with everything you’d expect (club room gives better coffee and gym/pool access). Large bar and restaurant with tvs show8ng sports. Food was fine. Pool is very large but very busy on a Friday night. Ample parking. Very good all round.

A lively, busy hotel :)

All the staff I spoke to were amazingly helpful and friendly. We forgot our toothpaste and they could supply a travel size tube for such instances. The room smelt a bit powerpowering of somethkng along the lines of Febreze but by bedtime, the smell wasn't as strong. Could sleep with the windows open and loved hearimg loads of birds chirpimg away at dawn. No traffc noise heard. Lots of big tvs everywhere - loved watchimg Luke Littler playing darts. No extractor fan or mirror demister in bathroom. Sadly, when my son used the pool they had to evacuate the pool after a couple of minutes swimming because glass was found. He didnt get chance to use the pool again.
