Our room was very clean and comfortable. I paid £424 for 2 premium double rooms but our sons room was much smaller than ours and was not premium. We were not told about the change when we checked in. We only stayed for one night so I made the reception team aware when we checked out. We were offered £20 compensation, however we would have much preferred having the room we had originally booked.

Hotel was always clean and presentable (plus in a really good place). Staff really friendly. Room quite spacious. My only complaint really was the bed. It was two frames pushed together to make a bigger bed but the mattresses weren't very secure. Would often have to push the two back together in the night as would start to fall through the middle. Also, if there was an option for bigger bath towels (though I think that's a recurring issue through the chain and not just this branch).

Fun In Leeds

IBIS was great! Staff very friendly. Hotel clean, modern, and felt very safe. Bed was very comfortable. It was walking distance to just about everything and the parking was convenient.

Unfortunately, the kitchen had a bad smell, caused by blocked drains, on the Saturday, during breakfast. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed was great. There was no noise and the tv was a good size. I really enjoyed the stay. Many thanks.

Ibis style hotel stay in Leeds

I was very surprised at the décor and the style of the hotel, I have never stayed in an Ibis hotel before and found it a very good stay compared to other budget hotels I have stayed in. Will definitely stay in a ibis hotel again.
