We were attending an event at the Royal Amouries Museum and the hotel is perfectly located for this - just a couple of minutes walk from the main entrance. The room we had was very spacious with a large bed and sofa bed. Perfect for the three of us. The shower was powerful and had the addition of shampoo and body wash. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the one night stay. It was extremely quiet and the black out curtains meant we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast in the morning was great too. A choice of six hot items as well as pastries and the coffee was good!

Was not happy with checking in had to stand&wait&wait but nobody came so had to ask someone who then got somebody to sort it out,the hotel was nice but would not stay there again as did not get any sleep due to lots of noise of people talking outside&in in the early hours.
