The Space:
Brand-new build on a tree-lined road a mile from Main Street Leadville. Three levels, four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, sleeps 8.
➔ Primary Bedroom Suite (upstairs) — King bed, ensuite bath, sliding door to the upper deck.
➔ Bedroom 2 (upstairs) — Queen bed. Shares the upstairs hallway bath with Bedroom 3.
➔ Bedroom 3 (upstairs) — Pull-out full-size sofa bed + smart TV. Flexible fifth sleeping spot.
➔ Bedroom 4 (basement) — Queen bed + hallway bath. Quiet, separate from the upstairs cluster.
➔ Main Level — Open kitchen, dining for 6, living room with smart TV. Half bath off the kitchen. Sliding door to the back deck and gas-line BBQ.

Westwoods is a quiet residential street in Leadville North — one mile from Main Street, surrounded by tree cover, and walking distance to a neighborhood trail and playground.
Leadville (10,152 ft) is the highest incorporated city in the U.S., with a Victorian main drag, breweries, the 11.6-mile paved Mineral Belt Trail starting downtown, and the Tabor Opera House.
Within ~25 minutes: Mt. Elbert N trailhead, Mt. Massive trailhead, Twin Lakes, Ski Cooper, and a short drive to Turquoise Lake.
Getting Around:
Bring a car. Leadville is a driving town — most trailheads, ski hills, and Twin Lakes sit 15–30 minutes out.
