A cozy reading nook, bookshelf stocked with books and T.V. to unwind and relax.The game room under the garage has lots of things like pool, ping pong, darts, and table shuffleboard. There is good parking and use of a single-stall garage.

The space is setup for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. Multiple areas to enjoy and a separate detached game room which is stocked with a pool table, ping pong table, shuffle board and foos ball table. Need I say more...

Guests have access to the entire house, the game room and a portion of the garage (half of the garage is for owner use only).

Through this platform, by phone and if needed in person.

Ski resort neighborhood, easy access to ski lodge, close to hiking, UTV/ATV riding.

Guests will not have access to the garage for parking during the winter months.

This area frequently experiences snowfall, which can make driving conditions challenging at times. The Terry Peak subdivision requires all vehicles to have all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive for safe access.
If you choose to drive a vehicle that does not meet these requirements, we cannot be held responsible for any difficulty you may have getting around the area.
