Villa Kaline - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

This holiday rental is a charming villa located in a residential area in Vauclin. It has 3 beautiful bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning and storage space. Garden of 900m ² with swimming pool secured by alarm. It is possible to park up to 3 vehicles inside the villa.

You will appreciate the spaciousness of this vacation villa which offers a beautiful covered terrace with a lounge area for aperitif, and a large table with 6 chairs for meals. A carbet near the pool with a hammock and garden furniture offers a complementary relaxation space.

The garden is vast and full of plants and fruit trees: different varieties of palm trees, bougainvillea, boxwood, desert sage, broken and lemon grass for herbal teas, olive tree by the sea. In addition, you can harvest maracujas (passion fruit), limes and bananas according to the season. Orange trees do not bear yet, but promise good harvests!

The villa is on one level, it has an area of 125sqm and is arranged as follows:
- a master suite with bathroom (WC and shower)
- two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two twin beds
- an independent bathroom with shower
- independent WC
- an equipped kitchen
- a living room
- a covered terrace
- a garden with a swimming pool.

The mountain of Vauclin is accessible from the villa for the big walkers (8 km round trip). The villa is located 7 minutes from the village of Le Vauclin where you will find all the amenities (8 to 8, fish market, post office, bank, bakery, take away pizzas).

The Pointe Faula is 12 minutes by car from the villa. The Pointe Faula is famous for kitesurfing. You will find there several providers to rent equipment or take bears (kitesurfing, windsurfing...). Three restaurants offering local cuisine are also installed on the faula point.

Finally, 6 minutes away by car is the Lion's Park, an ideal park for a family moment. You will find a tree climbing course, games, a picnic area and a climbing wall.
The beautiful beaches of the south are about 30 minutes away by car (pointe marin, plage des salines...)



At the airport exit, take the DUCOS / MARIN direction and continue until the next exit FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN / HIPPODROME. Once out, turn left at the first traffic circle (the exit you will take goes over a bridge). At the second roundabout, take the 2nd exit towards FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN.

Then follow the direction of FRANCOIS and VAUCLIN from the first signs.

Before arriving at the village of Le Vauclin, you will reach a traffic circle (called the Château Paille traffic circle as indicated on the sign upstream). You can't go wrong, there are big fishes in decoration in the middle of this roundabout. At this traffic circle, take the 1st exit direction BELLE ETOILE (don't worry, you will be surrounded by banana trees because this road crosses a banana plantation).

1 km further, take the entrance of the housing estate "le Point de vue" on your left. Three houses further on the right and you are there!
